Roman Kemp has opened up about the reason he left Capital FM after a decade. He said it felt like he was "living that same day over and over again" because he lost the producer friend who made the show with him. The radio star, who is 31 years old, said goodbye to the station last Friday (March 28). He talked about needing time for "himself" after getting up early for seven years to host the Capital FM Breakfast Show with his pals Chris Stark and Sian Welby.
