The radio DJ and TV host has 'no plans' since his exit from his radio show
Roman Kemp has opened up about the devastating reason he's left Capital FM after a decade. He said it felt like he was "living that same day over and over again" since his friend and producer on the show passed away.

You can't enjoy your own life. If you think of a radio show, every day you've got to go out in front of the public and dance and every now and then you've got to give yourself a rest and I've not been doing that for myself.
He added: "For me, I'm quite ready to go 'OK, close that door now, don't keep going back living that horrible day over again. That's sad that obviously affects me but it does. Every day I walk in there and I see Joe, that's a weird thing to do. I think it's going to be really good for me to move on with my life. I had an opportunity in my life, I can go and enjoy my life for a bit and I want to enjoy what I have achieved.
While there are no new radio gigs planned, this summer Roman will be back on the popular show Soccer Aid, where he will appear alongside Usain Bolt, Bobby Brazier, Tom Grennan, among others. "I've been lucky enough to do this a few times now," he said, adding: "Even to say you're in the same dressing room as them is like an out-of-body experience and for someone like me, I would do anything for any form of football in my life. I melt in the presence of footballers, I can meet anyone in our industry but as soon as it comes to a footballer, I'm gone to the world. You just don't want to make any form of mistake.
But his choice is about more than where he was born. "I'm an American citizen and like any footballer, I have a decision about whether I want to represent England or World XI," he explained. Then he added why he chose World XI: "I did it because I wanted to play on the same team as Roberto Carlos, it was almost like I was playing Fifa.
