Christopher Brown, 40, pounced on Irene Rhee in her garden in Glasgow's Dalmarnock on August 28 last year.He then went on to throw items through a window causing £1,600 in damages.He also admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.Miss Rhee and another woman were in the back garden when Brown approached the fence.Brown then barged into the garden while holding a bottle of Buckfast.
"He made an effort to strike down onto Miss Rhee who managed to bring her left arm up to protect her face and head.Brown went on to repeatedly punch Miss Rhee to the head and arms before pushing her into the property.was noted to fall to the ground.The damage caused was £1,000 for the window and £600 for the TV.
Miss Rhee was found with reddening, bruising and swelling to her arms and head but refused medical treatment.Michael O'Neill, defending, told the court that Brown has little recollection of the incident."He was aware of previous difficulties."Brown, who appeared from custody, had his remand continued meantime by Sheriff Tom Hughes.
