You can try the wingz every Monday throughout November
Frankie & Benny’s is celebrating World Vegan Month with Biff's BBQ Wingz for just £1. World Vegan Month is dedicated to enjoying more plant-based dishes and Frankie & Benny’s are encouraging more people to try their range of vegan dishes.
The plant-based Biff’s BBQ Wingz are crispy jackfruit served with a BBQ sauce, chillies and vegan mayo and will be availble every Monday for £1. Frankie & Benny’s Head of Brand, Sasha Storey, said: “To celebrate World Vegan Month we are proud to offer innovative food company Biff’s Wingz for just £1! Biff’s is known for creating exciting and extremely tasty food and we’re offering the dish at this ultra low price to encourage more people to try meat free alternatives.
World Vegan Day was founded by Louise Wallis of the Vegan Society in 1994 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of her group. The society was founded in November 1944 by Donald Watson and five other non-dairy vegetarians, as they were known at the time. They came up with the word “vegan” to describe people who do not eat animal products of any kind.
