Crossbasket Castle will reopen in August with a brand new restaurant called Trocadero’s, overseen by Michelin star chef Michel Roux Jr, as part of its £15 million expansion of the five-star hotel and spa.
A luxury hotel and spa just 30 minutes away from Glasgow has unveiled details of their new restaurant ahead of its opening following a £15 million expansion.
Owners Steve and Alison Timoney have now confirmed that the new restaurant will be called Trocadero’s. Trocadero’s is a nod to the 1950s dance hall in Hamilton of the same name, offering an opportunity to transport guests of the “new” Trocadero’s. Acclaimed Michelin star chef Michel Roux Jr will oversee the restaurant and cocktail bar where guests will experience a feast for the culinary senses.
