This is the fourth case where a shop has been banned from selling tobacco products and nicotine inhaling products.
A Belfast shop has been given a five week ban from selling tobacco and nicotine inhaling products, including e-cigarettes/vapes.
Following complaints by members of the public, visits and test exercises were carried out on the premises by Council, and on four separate occasions Titanic Vapour sold nicotine inhaling products to under 18’s. This is the fourth case, taken by Belfast City Council, where a shop has been banned from selling tobacco products and nicotine inhaling products.
