Astros' Michael Brantley says he's 'doing well' on rehab assignment with Sugar Land Space Cowboys
"I’m doing well," Brantley said before hitting second in the Space Cowboys' lineup Wednesday in Albuquerque, New Mexico."Obviously, I'm building up, using this as more of a spring training for me, but at the same time, I'm enjoying my time down here with these great guys and working hard."
Although Astros general manager Dana Brown has mentioned the middle of next week as a possible return time for Brantley, the 14-year veteran says he's still playing it by ear.
