Woman opened ASOS parcel and found 'rogue chips' inside her boots Curiously
Gemma Arnott, 43, from Knutsford who orders off ASOS frequently, is a talent partner for a recruitment business. She was left confused after putting her feet in her new pair of leather boots to find a number of chips were inside.
She told the ECHO: “I ordered a pair of leather boots from ASOS, I put my foot into the first boots and realised there was something in there. I tipped the boot upside down and the two chips literally fell out.”Thankfully, Gemma has managed to see the funny side of the situation. She added: “I thought it was hilarious that there were two rogue chips in my boot.
“Clearly someone has tried them on whilst eating a Maccies and they’ve fallen in and ASOS haven't checked the returned boots. OR they were planted by ASOS! Either option is funny to me.” Gemma is a frequent shopper on ASOS and has said: “It hasn’t put me off ordering from them however, I am disappointed that they haven’t engaged with some online banter about the situation, given that I’ve posted it across all of my socials and made a joke out of it!”Discover, learn, grow.
