Tragedy as woman found dead in 'swamp' flat with body 'there for weeks'
A WOMAN has been found dead in a horrific "swamp"-like flat as neighbours say she must have been there for weeks.The body was found at Tabard Gardens Estate, Southwark, last weekThe shocking discovery came after nearly one year of residents complaining leaks were coming from the property.
One neighbour said he was gobsmacked by the woman's living conditions when he went to talk to her about a leak.: "I was greeted by a lady who was extremely distraught and explained her leak had been ongoing for many months previously.
