A Polish woman could be deported for slapping a woman and 'forcefully grabbing' a man's testicles. Klaudia Staniszewska, 28, ran through a shopping centre kicking wet floor signs after a two-day drinking bender.
During the struggle she “forcefully grabbed” one of the worker's penis and testicles. He suffered pain and discomfort, but no lasting injury. On arrest, Staniszewska told officers that she had been drinking for two days straight. He said that Staniszewska expressed remorse for her behaviour and told the court that “things have improved for the better in the last few months” – adding that “she now has a roof over her head”. He said the defendant is looking for work and “she would say this is an isolated incident”.
