The Fit Body Guides trainer says the 'glamorous side of post-workout selfies' doesn't always represent reality.

, Victoria shared two photos to prove that point. The first shows the trainer flexing her bicep in the mirror, looking pretty accomplished. In the other photo, she's shown slumped on her couch, looking tired AF. "I call this my 'exhausted blob' mood," Vicotria wrote in the caption, referring to the second photo. "I literally couldn’t get off the couch for 10 mins after my workout.

Continuing her #realtalk, Victoria wrote that sometimes, you don't get that on-top-of-the-world feeling after working hard to break a sweat—and that's perfectly okay, she shared. "I know we often see the glamorous side of post-workout selfies but remember that’s not usually reality," wrote Victoria. "It’s just for Insta. If your mood post-workout is an exhausted blob, that means you’re crushing your workouts and doing it right."
