During a conversation with the driver, who was having a hard time with gravity as he tried to exit the Taurus, the officer smelled booze and observed the man soiled his pants. After failing a field sobriety test, during which pesky gravity caused balance issues, the man was arrested for drunken driving.
An arriving officer was unable to find the suspect; however, leaving the area they came upon a man riding a motorized skateboard across Broadview Road. The juvenile also smelled like booze. During a search of the backpack, police found five Twisted Tea Hard Ice Teas.
