Alison was left horrified after her This Morning co-host Dermot O'Leary smashed a '£30,000' vase on live TV, which almost had her in tears as she apologised profusely
Things took a slightly awkward turn on Monday when This Morning star Dermot O'Leary broke a vase live on the show. However, little did Alison Hammond know, the whole situation was set up as a prank for April Fools Day.
After speaking to Dan, Dermot said: "The thing is Al-", although when he turned he knocked the vase off its plinth. With pieces shattered on the floor, Alison rushed over to Vanessa who screamed in horror. Stunned that the whole situation was made up, Alison's jaw dropped as she commented: "Are you actually joking? That is so not funny. I actually felt sick, I was going to start crying. I didn't know what to even say, that is so not funny!"
