Ubisoft has delayed free-to-play FPS XDefiant indefinitely due to 'inconsistencies' that surfaced during a recent public test session.
Last month, XDefiant failed to pass certification on Xbox and PlayStation, resulting in a delay. Now, the free-to-play shooter has been delayed once more due to newly-discovered issues found in a recent public test session. 'Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Public Test Session and continues to stand alongside us as we build XDefiant,' reads a post on social media.
So we've made the hard decision to delay the Preseason of XDefiant. The team will continue working to address these issues and testing them to make sure we deliver on our goal of being a best-in-class arcade shooter.
