Two more people have been arrested in connection with the death of a man in Greenock.
He was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where he died a short time later.
Officers investigating his death have now arrested and charged a 38-year-old man and arrested a 27-year-old man in connection.The investigation into Canney's death remains ongoing. It comes after two men, aged 22 and 28, previously appeared in court charged in connection with the incident.
