Transcendental meditation could be a game-changer Feeling stressed? There’s a meditation technique that could help with that. It’s relatively simple, too. The next time you want to tap into your body and unwind, perhaps as soon as you wake up or after a stressful day, try incorporating a little something called transcendental meditation.
Do something like box breathing, which is basically inhale four, hold four, exhale four, hold four, and repeat. ‘Then the process is to maintain single-minded concentration on drawing energy up your spinal cord, which you can do through solely focusing on that. Or you can use a mantra and focus on saying it repeatedly while also focusing on drawing that energy up into your pineal gland. ‘The absolute key is to repeat that mantra faster as you start to have interjecting thoughts.
