An 18-year-old ‘R’ driver is due in court after allegedly being detected by police travelling at more than double their speed limit.The teenager was detected with three other teenage passengers on board, travelling at more than double their speed limit, police said.
In a social media post, NI Road Policing and Safety said: "A vehicle stopped today on the M2 near Antrim - in this case an 18 year old ‘R’ driver with 3 teenage passengers on board, travelling at more than double their speed limit.
