Storm Ciarán is going to bring a swathe of very strong winds across the region from 5am on Wednesday morning with drivers warned some vehicles could blow over.
Drivers in the south east are being warned there is a 'high risk' of some vehicles being blown over tomorrow as Storm Ciarán brings strong winds and rain.
