Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard became head coach of Saudi Pro League side Al-Ettifaq during the summer
Former Liverpool midfielder Gary McAllister insists Steven Gerrard will make a return to the Premier League as a manager at some point.
The Kop icon had been linked with several jobs while he was unemployed before deciding to join the Saudi football revolution by becoming the new manager of Al-Ettifaq. The move, though, was a surprising one, as Gerrard originally distanced himself from a move to Saudi Arabia before accepting an offer from the Saudi Pro League club."Absolutely," the Scot replied when asked by Sky Sports News if Gerrard would return to the Premier League one day.
"We had a fantastic three and a bit years at Glasgow Rangers, another special football club. We managed to win their 55th title, which has got a nice ring to it, and we stopped Celtic doing 10 in a row. That was special.
