Nottinghamshire Police have released a statement after a man was found unconscious at a supermarket car park in Nottinghamshire. Emergency services were called to the Tesco supermarket car park, in Station Road, Beeston before 8am, Sunday, October 22, where a man was found unconscious.
In a statement released by Nottinghamshire Police, a spokesperson said: "Police were called to Tesco car park in Beeston after a man was found unconscious. The report was made to police just before 8am on Sunday 22 October.The man has been transported to Queen’s Medical Centre by ambulance crews. Police have cordoned off the car park in Station Road while an investigation takes place into the circumstances.
“It’s usually quite quiet on a Sunday morning in Beeston. I’m surprised, I suppose I’m not totally shocked until I found out what happened. It suggests it’s something quite serious with the police cars and the fact that it's all taped off.”
