A police officer who psychologically manipulated children into sexually abusing themselves on Snapchat has been hit with a life sentence. Lewis Edwards, 24, used the social media app to contact more than 200 children.
Judge Tracey Lloyd-Clarke served the beast with a life sentence, with a 12-year minimum term, and said: "It is clear that he not only gained sexual gratification from his offending but he also enjoyed the power and control he had over these young girls." Messages from a 12-year-old victim were also shown. They read: “Just delete them please, I am sick of them now", "Just delete them and I’ll do more”, “Leave me the f*** alone dude, I am serious.”
