Traffic changes ahead! 🚦 Lincoln's gas network gets a facelift
Lindum Road will see six weeks of disruption with lane and road closures starting from Monday.The major works will begin on Monday, July 24 to replace more than 350 metres of ageing gas main under A1434 Lindum Road, between Broadgate and Lindum Terrace.Traffic disruptionWorks commence on A1434 Lindum Road between the junctions of Clasketgate and Temple Gardens with a northbound lane closure
During this northbound closure the pedestrian access will be maintained via walkways on both sides of the road “This part of the network has operated for nearly 50 years. This upgrade will futureproof the supply of gas in Lincoln, ensuring everyone gets a safe, reliable supply well into the future.
