21-year-old Lewis Durham tragically died at the scene after becoming 'unseated' from a motorbike
Flowers have been left at the road where a 21-year-old tragically died in a crash between a motorbike and a car in Wigan . Lewis Durham sadly passed away after becoming 'unseated' from a bike in the smash on Ormskirk Road on Saturday evening .
The flowers and heartfelt messages have been left at a pedestrian crossing on the busy road. A number of flowers have been attached to a traffic light with handwritten notes expressing grief and condolences firmly tucked inside the bouquets.One of the cards reads: "Ride in paradise, you will be missed." While another heart-breaking note says: "We cannot express how much we'll miss you. Love you very much, we'll never forget you.
"The youngest in our family with the world at his feet. He’s left a huge hole in our family, our hearts are absolutely broken. "We’d like to thank the emergency services and people who assisted him at the scene who comforted him in maybe his last moments. We’ll cherish every memory we have of you Lewis.
