Pupils at a Renfrewshire primary school embraced all things sparkly as they celebrated achieving a prestigious award.The highly-prestigious award for the school was celebrated on Friday, November 3, with young students showing that all that glitters really is gold.
Youngsters were able to sport their sparkly outfits and accessories in an afternoon celebration complete with cake. Everything from sparkly dresses, hairbands, T-shirts and bow ties were looked out in a bid to showcase the school’s caring ethos. The gold award is the highest level of accreditation for local organisations working to become a nurturing community and means that Bishopton Primary is ace at supporting the mental health and wellbeing of itsRenfrewshire’s Nurturing Relationships Approach emphasises that relationships are at the heart of nurturing approaches – and provides an implementation process for establishments to develop nurturing relationships across schools, early learning centres and communities.
