Rangers ace Mohamed Diomande has a “tough” decision to make on his international allegiance., former Gers and Aston Villa defender Alan Hutton claimed it would be hard for the midfielder to decide which national team to represent – Ghana or Ivory Coast.
Diomande has been capped by the Ivory Coast’s under-23s but his great form at Rangers saw him earn a surprise call-up to Ghana’s squad for the upcoming international break.called up once again for Ivory Coast’s under-23s which will force him to make a decision on his international future.The Black Stars are not playing competitive matches, meaning the 22-year-old would be allowed to play for the Ivory Coast again if he chose to.
While he was born in the Ivory Coast, he spent a large part of his childhood in Ghana while playing for the Right to Dream academy, making him eligible for Otto Addo’s side too.
