The international break started early at Ibrox after their clash with Dundee was called off but there is still plenty of work for Philippe Clement.

Rangers left-back Borna Barisic has reportedly agreed terms with Trabzonspor as he approaches the end of his Ibrox contract.

The 31-year-old left Osijek in August 2018 for the Scottish Premiership side and has gone on make more than 200 appearances in light blue. However, his contract has been allowed to run down and he could leave the club for nothing at the end of the campaign. The Croatia international has dropped down the pecking under Philippe Clement with Ridvan Yilmaz emerging as the first-choice on the left side of defence, with Barsisic free to speak to other clubs since January.

Fanatik report that the defender has "given the green light" to the contract offer that is on the table and will make his move to Turkey in the summer. The report notes that strengthening the position was a top priority for the club for the new season with Barisic high up the list of targets. Elsewhere, Mohamed Diomande is reportedly "unlikely" to represent Ghana after his stunning start at Rangers led to the surprise call-up. It comes after he represented Ivory Coast at under-23 level just last year.

3 Sport claim the midfielder is struggling to beat the clock and switch his international allegiance in time for the double header against Nigeria and Uganda. As it stands he will not represent Ghana this month – but boss Otto Addo could bring the Ibrox star in at a future date.
