Vaccinations are the best defence we have against infectious diseases
With the winter months approaching and the long summer nights coming to a close, bugs and viruses begin to do the rounds and many of us become ill around this time of year.
“The flu virus is always changing and protection from the COVID-19 vaccine fades over time, so it’s important that those eligible keep their protection levels topped up by coming forward for the vaccines when invited. This will have been by text, email, or a letter delivered in a white NHS Scotland-branded envelope, with details about your appointment or how to arrange one.
If you’re trying to rearrange your appointment online and there are no vaccination appointments available, log back on later. The national vaccination helpline will be unable to offer alternative appointments as it uses the same online booking system.
