People are being urged to do one thing with their wheelie bins
Merseyside Police and Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service have shared warnings ahead of Halloween and Bonfire Night.
Commander for the policing operation, Chief Inspector Duncan Swan said: "As you will know Halloween and Bonfire Night are always a busy period for all the emergency services because of small of number of young people who tend to act in an anti-social and irresponsibly manner.READ MORE: Car is key to finding killers who shot 'defenceless' grandmother in the chest
Chief Inspector Duncan Swan added: " Residents can also take some simple steps to prevent incidents such as bringing your wheelie bin in to prevent them being set them alight, which can have devastating or fatal consequences...
