A boy is in hospital with a serious leg injury after being hit by a police car
The police watchdog is currently assessing Merseyside Police's involvement in a crash involving a 13-year-old boy.
Merseyside Police reported three bikes were riding towards a police vehicle on Southdean Road in Dovecot.
