'We will not tolerate this despicable behaviour'

Police have issued an appeal for information after a gang of youths terrorised a village in Salford on Halloween.

Police said the group also 'partook in numerous racially aggravated and hate-based offences'. The youths damaged several properties and tried car doors. Police particularly want to hear from anyone who has CCTV or doorbell footage of the group on the Lord's Street estate. A post on the GMP Cadishead Facebook page today said: "#APPEAL | We're aware of a number of reports last night of around 10 youths in Cadishead causing anti-social behaviour and attempt thefts in the local community.
