The proposed development is being put forward by the town's Ashleigh (Scotland) Ltd.
Plans to build new seafront flats on the site of a former children's cancer home in Prestwick have been unveiled.
The apartments would be 3.5 storeys in height, with a mix of two, three and four bedrooms - with penthouse appartments boasting their own balconies. Car parking space for 50 vehicles would be provided.
