Kulsuma Akter, 27, was fatally stabbed outside a shop in Bradford
The family of a mum knifed to death as she pushed her baby in a pram have described her as 'always smiling' with a 'great personality'.
Masum is understood to have been arrested earlier today on suspicion of murder. Kulsuma's baby was unharmed following the attack, West Yorkshire Police confirmed.Ms Akter's cousin, Aftab Miah, told the Daily Mail: "She was a lovely girl and had a great personality. She was always smiling and liked to make people laugh. We will miss her a lot and her death has hit us all really hard.
A huge manhunt was launched to find her alleged killer before a man, from Oldham, was arrested on suspicion of her murder in the early hours of this morning . The 25-year-old was arrested in the Aylesbury area. Both Greater Manchester Police and West Yorkshire Police have referred themselves to the Independent Office of Police Conduct due to 'previous contact' with the victim. A 23-year-old man has also been arrested in connection with the incident on suspicion of assisting an offender.
