The Democratic presidential primary is consumed with uncertainty after leaders in Ohio called off Tuesday's election just hours before polls were set to open, citing the need to combat the new coronavirus. "I don't have to tell anybody that we are living in a very unprecedented and strange moment in the history of our country," Sanders said, urging supporters that it may be time to "rethink our value system, rethink many of the systems we operate under." Rep. Cedric Richmond of Louisiana, one of Biden's campaign co-chairs, said the former vice president has "started the process of looking at people seriously."
