A newly opened sandwich spot in Belfast city centre has become extremely popular in a short period of time. Low & Slow, located inside Cathedral Quarter Pizzeria, offers artisan sandwiches and smoked meats with a changing menu. Despite the crowds, the service is friendly and quick.
Working in the city centre , a newly opened sandwich spot had been on my 'to-try' list since I first got wind of it opening last month. Low & Slow are based inside Cathedral Quarter Pizzeria on Donegall Street and specialise in artisan sandwiches and smoked meats . They keep some of their menu items the same but for the most part, their menu changes on a weekly basis.
Myself and a colleague decided talking about it for weeks on end just wasn't enough, and so we stopped by at lunchtime on Thursday to see what all the fuss was about. As soon as we walked through the doors, it was immediately clear how popular this place has become in such a short space of time.
