The sandwich shop inside Cathedral Quarter Pizzeria is definitely one to try
Working in the city centre, a newly opened sandwich spot had been on my 'to-try' list since I first got wind of it opening last month.
The place was packed. There were tables of people tucking into huge sandwiches, as well as groups standing around waiting on their orders. The sandwiches were well packed, each half of the sandwich carefully wrapped in paper to collect any bits that may fall out which was greatly appreciated. The Mike's Fancy Cheese sandwich was equally delicious, with my friend saying she really enjoyed it, with the sandwich being the perfect size for lunch without needing any additional snacks then or throughout the afternoon. She said the bread was amazing, while the braised beef was melt in your mouth tender, pairing well with the cheese and spicy chipotle sauce.
