Demolition work could take place on Church Street and Parker Street
Demolition work to accommodate new flats could become a reality above a Liverpool city centre bank building.
“New retail shopfronts by tenants to these units will be designed in accordance with the council’s shopfront SPG to align the signage zones and prevent the signage from fouling the framing of the residential windows above. The remainder of the site will be converted into residential flats.” A total of 16 one-bed apartments and a further 16 apartments which is in compliance with the requirement of apartments comprising at least two bedrooms to represent at least 50% of any new apartments in the city centre.
