A new cafe could open in the Merchant City if plans are approved.
Plans have been submitted to transform a shopfront on Saltmarket into a cafe, the name of which has not been confirmed.If plans are approved, the new cafe will feature black Victorian-style awnings and tiles painted with Farrow & Ball's Charleston Grey paint.
