Glasgow City Council has released a statement following the closure of a city cemetery amid a police probe.
The local authority said Cardonald cemetery in the city's South West is now closed to the public after police erected a forensic tent.Police launch investigation in Glasgow's Cardonald cemetery
A Glasgow City Council spokesperson said:"We are aware the police are attending to an incident in Cardonald Cemetery. The cemetery is currently closed to the public.
