A MW2 free multiplayer weekend has been announced for March 16 to March 20:
Activision has now revealed that another free weekend will be arriving to celebrate the release of MW2 Season 2 Reloaded., the latest map addition called the Himmelmatt Expo, which was brought in with the midseason update, will be available throughout the duration of the trial. The usual 6v6 core game modes will also be playable during this time as well as the Atomgrad Spec Ops Raid Episode 01.Now that you know what to expect, you may be wondering when you can jump into the game for free.
Most of the core game modes, such as Team Deathmatch, Infected, and Gun Game, will also be available. Unfortunately, the popular Search and Destroy mode along with Headquarters will not be included during the free period.
