Met Office experts have said there could be disruption and 'difficult driving conditions'
The Met Office has issued a weather warning as thunderstorms are set to "develop" across parts of the north west this afternoon and evening.
There is also a "small chance that some communities become cut off by flooded roads" as well as a chance of delays and/or cancellations to public transport services.READ MORE: Foreign Office issues fresh warning to anyone visiting Turkey The Met Office forecast for Liverpool predicts highs of 20C and lows of 12C, with some sunny intervals. There is also a 50% chance of rain at 4pm.
