The airport was one of the least complained about according to a new report
Liverpool John Lennon Airport has received some of the fewest complaints in the country according to a new report. The Speke based airport has proven to be one of the best places to catch a flight in the country yet again as AirAdvisor reports only two airports in the country received fewer complaints in the first half of the year.
Anton Radchenko, founder & CEO of AirAdvisor, said: 'It’s ironic that the EU has some of the best laws protecting air passenger rights in the world yet passengers are dissatisfied due to increasing delays and cancellations. It’s not their fault because chaos leads to slower refunds, claims, or rebooking options.
