Action News Jax is projecting that Republican Nick Howland is the winner of the 2022 Jacksonville City Council Special Election for the At-Large Group 3 seat.
a head-to-head race to replace the late Tommy Hazouri on the Jacksonville City Council At-Large group 3. The two finished neck and neck in a special election in mid-December with just 632 votes separating them.
