We only ever hear about what an actor goes through in the auditioning process. What is it like to have to go through that? Are there moments where you question whether you ever should have considered doing it? How does that work for you, personally? At the same time, because you can’t have a TV show with a main character who never speaks, did you have to find a balance between getting him to speak a little bit more and being true to the character?
