The developer’s plan includes having the nonprofit sharing in the cash flow and the development fee of the project.Mike Nelson, a resident of Northwood Estates in District 10, told the board he’s opposed to the developer’s attempt to skirt the deed restriction and the proposed site. District 10 Councilmember Adam McGough, who attended virtually, claimed there hasn’t been enough community discussion around the project.
