The A Place in the Sun host has shared a new update with his many fans
The 49-year-old, who is best known for presenting A Place in the Sun on Channel 4, has also recently appeared on BBC's Morning Live. He returned to the popular programme on Monday, having filmed the segment last month.
The property expert has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and has been open with the diagnosis to "make the most of every day".
