Dhol drummers, paper lantern workshops and Desi club nights will form part of the city's Diwali 2023 celebrations
Bollywood parties, children’s crafting sessions, and museum takeovers will be amongst some of the events taking place to celebrate Diwali 2023 across Greater Manchester this month.

Taking place from 11pm, the event will feature Dhol drummers, live performances and, of course, good vibes. From 6pm, there will be music and performances from the Rakesh Joshi Trio, Dhol Drummers and DJ Ravi Apnabeat until 10pm. There’ll also be snacks and light bites provided by Hungamaa. Booking is required for the evening’s free party.Diwali and Poppie Making West Gorton Community Park will host a craft fair on November 11 focusing on both Diwali and Remembrance Day.
