Another health guru keen to see people sleep better is Dr Michael Mosley who shared handy trick to falling asleep fast. Referred to by the expert as the 4-2-4 rule, he explained you should breathe in for four seconds, hold for two seconds and out for four seconds. Dr Mosley stressed that it "works really, really fast."
