The jumpsuit was so flattering and perfect for a festive night out
In fact, this £60 River Island jumpsuit was the first jumpsuit I've worn in years where I actually felt confident, and good about myself. I've always found that jumpsuits don't particularly fit my frame very well, but after spotting this Black Diamante Wide Leg Jumpsuit as a 'trending' item on the River Island website, I thought I'd give it a go for any upcoming Christmas parties.
I really liked the subtle diamante embellishment that was minimal, but pretty enough to notice. The v-neck was quite plunged which may put some people off, but I personally didn't think it was too much, especially for a special occasion. I don't usually feel comfortable in jumpsuits, but you could tell that the quality of this one was high. It included a button fastening at the back which might be a little fidgety after a few drinks, but it was a nice detail with a tiny bit of back on show.
