EXCLUSIVE: Former TOWIE star James 'Arg' Argent has spoken out about his exit from SAS with a medical condition playing a 'huge part' as he was 'barely able to walk'
James 'Arg' Argent took part in this year's Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins but revealed by the end he "couldn't keep up" and "broke down in tears" following his exit.
"I know I was done, physically and mentally. And it got to a point where I was at the back, I just couldn't keep up and I had pushed myself to the very limit. He added: "Don't get me wrong, if I was to go in there a year later I probably would have done even better because I'm a lot fitter and stronger now than what I was. But I did the best I could for where I was, I couldn't have done any better at the time, I took it very seriously and worked hard."
One task that he said left him "disappointed" was when the recruits put on the boxing gloves and were asked to fight each other.
