A dog groomer has unleashed some ruff truths about the much unregulated business of grooming.have feelings – scientists believe they experience joy, fear, anger, disgust, love, aggression, anxiety and even depression.
The 30-year-old stressed that all groomers have a ‘duty of care’ to their clients – both human and canine – as the experience is meant to be ‘enjoyable’. ‘I have seen a lot of grooming where dogs are treated as objects to be styled.
